Students and staff of St Francis Catholic College will be allocated a House. The first child to be enrolled will be allocated a house and all siblings will be members of the same house. The house system encourages student teamwork, fosters school spirit and develops a sense of belonging to a family and community.
Students can earn points for their house throughout the year. House points can be earned through academic, sporting, social and spiritual pursuits; therefore all students can make a contribution to their house. Houses compete each year for the coveted House Cup which is presented to the winning house. In return, students from the winning house will receive a 'Year of Favour' where they are extended special privileges throughout the following year.
